PAYMENT POLICY

• The WTS Platinum credit card is available to individuals only (no businesses). Credit decisions are at the sole discretion of the issuing bank. WTS has no control or input on credit decisions.
• The use of the WTS Platinum Card is governed by the terms and conditions of GE Consumer Finance. Terms and conditions are attached to the GECF application and are available by calling any WTS sales representative.
• 90-days no payment, no interest is only available on the WTS Platinum card. Extended payment terms do not apply to Net 30 accounts, on receipt accounts, or any customer account other than the WTS Platinum card. Terms and conditions of this offer are in addition to the GECF application and are available by calling any WTS sales representative.
• Catalog items marked with a dollar amount per month are referring to the WTS Platinum card’s fixed payment promotion. Minimum order amount for fixed monthly payments is $900. All pricing examples given in this catalog were based on a 36-month fixed payment option at 9.99% interest and were rounded to the nearest dollar. Pricing examples are estimates and should not be considered the exact monthly payment. Total monthly payment may vary based on additional terms and conditions set forth by GE Consumer Finance.

• Shipments are F.O.B. Chattanooga, TN.
• Shipping rates in this catalog apply to destinations within the contiguous United States of America. Other destinations require additional charges.
• Two shipping addresses are allowed per order. Any additional drop shipments will be charged $3.50 each.
• While WTS will do everything possible to meet acceptable delivery dates, such as may have been quoted or acknowledged by our sales representatives, these are only estimated dates of delivery. The company accepts no liability for delays in delivery.
• In the event a client fails to pay within 60 days for any work completed, or in the event a client fails to accept delivery or pick up his finished product within 60 days from completion, WTS has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such material on hand in any way the company chooses.

• All returns must be made within 30 days of ship date.
• Special order items, custom items, software and consumables (i.e. ink cartridges) are non-refundable.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from our Customer Service department prior to shipping merchandise back to WTS. Please call 1-800-251-7228, ext 257. Returns must be in brand new condition in the original packaging. All materials such as instructions, styrofoam inserts, plastic bags and the original unfilled warranty card must be included. Items returned without the aboved mentioned materials will be assessed a minimum 15% restocking fee.

• WTS requires 50% deposit with submission of your duplication order. Balance of payment will be due upon completion of order before shipping.
• WTS is not responsible for storage of any printed materials. Extra printed materials will be returned with shipment of product.
• All duplication orders are subject to up to 10% under or over run.
• Customers will only be billed for actual quantities shipped.
• If client opts to supply WTS with finished film for printing, any changes to accommodate that film to WTS’ specifications will be billed to the client.
• WTS guarantees the client’s satisfaction with design and audio proofs. If WTS cannot satisfy the client we will refund the entire deposit amount if client wants to cancel project. However, once proofs are approved we will charge for all work performed, even if project is subsequently cancelled.
• No duplication projects will be replaced, or credit given, more than sixty (60) days after the client’s receipt of the product.
• While WTS will treat the client’s materials with the utmost care, client should not submit its’ only original to WTS for duplication. Digital copies or dub masters should be provided. WTS shall not be liable for any damage or loss due to fire, casualty, or negligence while the client’s materials are in the care, control, or possession of WTS.
• Client should provide insurance coverage, as WTS’ policy does not provide protection for client’s masters or materials in our possession.
• WTS limits liability to rerun or refund (at our sole option) on the services performed, providing that the product is deemed defective by reason of workmanship or material. Reruns or refunds will only be commensurate with the quantity of goods returned to WTS.
• If a project is cancelled while in progress or during process, the customer agrees to pay for all materials used and services rendered up to that time.
• WTS reserves the right to refuse any order.
• WTS will not duplicate any explicit or questionable material.
• WTS respects the intellectual property rights of composers, musicians, lyricists, photographers, graphic artists, et. al., and cannot duplicate any copyrighted material without permission from the legal holder of the copyright. By submitting your order to WTS, you are affirming that either you are the copyright owner or you have received written permission from the copyright holder on any materials we will be copying.
